Our Work
The Health Collaborative is dedicated to serving our neighbors most in need throughout the pandemic. We partner with community organizations, schools, churches, universities, and clinics to provide resources, education, and navigation assistance regarding COVID-19 to Bexar and surrounding counties.

Connecting community organizations to free vaccine & testing providers. Our clinics welcome neighbors in convenient & trusted locations to get vaccinated or check their COVID status and connect to much-needed resources.

COVID-19 Health Education & Empowerment Events
Creating avenues to talk about COVID-19 while having fun via virtual and in-person events led by Health Collaborative Community Health Workers & partners

Providing up to date health & resource information via PPE and COVID home test kit supply packs free to community members in Bexar and surrounding counties. Available in English, Spanish & Arabic.
